1. SINGARO Professional Spark Plug Gap Tool is designed for most standard spark plugs, including 14mm, 12mm, 10mm, and 16mm sizes. It is particularly useful for short thread depth plugs found in chainsaws, string trimmers, and other small equipment engines. Please note that it is not compatible with 18mm thread or long reach/short reach plugs. 2. This tool features a dual marked stainless-steel feeler gauge with a measurement range from 0.001inch to 0.04inch (0.03mm to 1mm). Made of high-quality flexible 65 manganese steel, the gauge is hardened and polished for long-lasting and accurate usage. It is a preferred product in both personal or professional machinery stores and automobile garages. 3. When using this tool, keep in mind that some spark plug electrodes may bounce back due to the material of the spark plug. If your desired gap is 0.046in, we recommend using a 0.044in feeler gauge size. It is best to choose a slightly smaller scale than the target gap for optimal results in various applications. 4. Operating the tool is easy: place your spark plug onto the spark plug gapper, use your desired feeler gauge, and slowly screw the knob until the side electrode compresses to the desired gap thickness.
